D&S Limo Policies and Procedures

Payment and Cancellation

  • We accept: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS & Discover, VENMO & Cash as payment form

  • Payment is due day of the service.

  • Reservations cancelled or changed with at least 24 hours before time of pick-up.

  • Luxury Sedan and SUV hourly charters require 50% payment upon confirmation of service. There is a 50% cancellation penalty if cancelled after booking, and non-refundable if cancelled less than 12 hours of pick-up date.

  • D&S Limo is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on charter and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date

Airport Drop off & Pick-up Procedures

  • All airport pick-ups will occur curbside unless a meet and greet pick-up is prearranged.

  • Drivers will connect with passengers via the passengers' provided mobile/cellular phone number requesting ternimal and door number after luggage claim.

  • International SFO pick-ups MUST be completed at the limo zone

  • Meet and greet service is an additional $50 plus $10 parking fee

  • Drivers will hold a name sign and wait at baggage claim during meet and greet service

  • Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seatbelt seating capacity.

  • Airport transfers must be completed with-in 2 hours of scheduled flight arrival. Airport transfers not completed with-in 2 hours of scheduled arrival time will be charged an additional $80/hour starting at 2 hours passed scheduled arrival time.

In-Car Alcohol

  • Per California law, alcohol is allowed to be consumed in our cars by passengers who are 21 or older.

  • Drivers may ask customers to show proof of age for any passenger consuming alcohol in our vehicles.

  • Under age consumption of alcohol will result in the driver returning to the original pick-up location and terminating service with-out refund

Vehicle Damage

  • The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the limousine caused during the duration of the rental by any members of their party.

  • Smoking is not allow in any of our vehicles.

  • Sanitation fee is $250.00 minimum.
